About Me

Suzy Wedley

I'm a Parent and Family Support Advisor (PFSA) in rural Somerset. I have a degree in psychology and am currently studying for an MSc in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health. I was previously a teacher, Relax Kids coach and Mini Me Yoga Ambassador.

More importantly, I'm a mum to two boys (both grown up now - scarily!) and I understand some of the demands of family life, working, and worrying whether you're getting it right.

One of my boys had SEN so I understand how difficult it is to navigate those waters, and I deal with anxiety on a daily basis myself. It's these experiences, as well as being a teacher and seeing how many kids could use a little more emotional help, that led me to my career path and to wanting to help other parents like me, and other kids like my own.
